On the first visit, your home is cleaned from top to bottom using our Cleaning Checklist. This is the longest (and most expensive) visit, what we want to do is make your home meet our standard of “cleanliness”, so that we can get to know each area of your home and be more efficient in our regular appointments. After all, a clean home is a happy home.

Answers to Your Questions
Are cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes, we perform criminal background checks and have insurance for all of our employees including our LA Team, and our Vegas Team.
Can I schedule a cleaning for specific day?
Yes, you can. Whether it’s a single clean, weekly clean, bi-weekly or monthly, our easy online booking system allows you to specify a day and time. For recurring bookings, we will try to supply the same cleaner at the same time and day of the week if you prefer. You can always make any changes to this.
Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
There is no need to worry about supplying anything. We provide all of the equipment and cleaning products that have been tried and tested.
Can I hire the cleaners directly?
A lot of time, effort and costs has been required to find, interview and train our cleaners. Our Service Agreement states that you agree not to hire our cleaners directly and all bookings will be made with us and not directly with the cleaners. If you still wish to break this agreement, then a compensation fee would need to be paid to us as stated in the agreement.
Where can I leave a review?
Good reviews are important to us and our cleaners. We welcome any good reviews posted on social media. We aim for high standards, and therefore would always prefer to hear about any negative reviews or comments before reviewing so we can have the opportunity to fix any problems before they are posted to online review pages.
